Jacob Dale Whitaker of Mocksville, North Carolina, passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 31.
Jacob was born on September 24, 1994, and leaves a circle of family members, friends, and loved ones who will remember a life connected to many meaningful relationships.
Jacob was preceded in passing by sister Chelsie Whitaker and cousin Brett Baity.
Jacob is survived by parents Jesse "Frank" Whitaker and Tamra, Melinda Snow Morales and Ramon, children Lily Whitaker and Sarah Whitaker, brother Joseph Lee Whitaker, stepsisters Brittany Ziglar and Grace Gilyard, grandparents Dale, Diane Snow, Charlie, and Cindy Holder, several aunts and uncles, and cousin Brittan Baity.
A graveside service will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Liberty Baptist Church, 2433 Liberty Church Rd, Mocksville, NC 27028.
Memorials may be made to Yadkin Christian Ministries or Brenner Children's Hospital.
